1. All Products are designed by Labijournaling with the help of Ollie and Leoh (our mascots)

2. Tote bags are hand press in Ontario (in-house)

• The designs are pressed on with high quality DTF (direct to transfer) transfer
• Be sure to turn the bag inside out and wash with cold water (preferably)

3. Sticker sheets/ Single stickers:

• For sticker sheets we send most designs to manufacturers to be made but there are a few that are made inhouse.
• The ones with clear backing are manufactured by third party (higher quality)
• Most single stickers are made in house (we will slowly get our diecut stickers manufactured in the future)

4. Mini prints:

• All mini prints are manufactured by third party
• Most will be printed on matte cardstock with a Labijournaling logo at the back

1. Processing time:

• Shipment will be sent out within 3-5 business days (Holidays may affect time)

2. Standard Shipping :

• Canada & USA: 1-7 business days
• International: Please check out our etsy link in about labijournaling page
• Please message if there is any issues of concerns before items are shipped out
• Once items are shipped, we am not responsible

2. Sticker sheets, stickers and mini print will have letter mail (cheaper) as an option during checkout.

4. Packaging may include:

• Backing card, plastic sealed bag, kraft mailer, bubble mailers

• We do not accept exchanges or refunds once products are out for shipment. Should you request a refund please message before items are sent out.

Q. Who are Ollie and Leoh?

A: They are the mascots of labijournaling. Ollie is a dog and Leoh is a bunny, they try there very best to make sure the shop is running smoothly!
